At 6:30 pm, join our Sommelier for a tutored tasting of the evening's wines..
At 7:15 pm, you will be escorted to Perspectives Restaurant.
That’s when the excitement begins…
Chef Blackie and his team will join you in the dining room to establish teams and hand out aprons. All participants will proceed to Perspectives Restaurant’s state-of-the-art kitchen and their designated stations, where each team will prepare one of five courses.
As you’re enjoying gourmet cuisine with music pumping in the background, it will be Canada vs. The World as your courses are paired with one Canadian and one international wine. Discuss the finer points of your preferred wine with Wine Representatives from each winery.
Keep the excitement going with a luxurious stay in one of our four-diamond rooms and breakfast in bed or at Perspectives Restaurant the next morning.

All rates are per person, based on double occupancy; including gratuities, taxes and DMF are additional; minimum number of participants required for a rave is 24, we will advise 14 days prior whether the required number has been reached.
