At Flex Fitness Studio, members and Brookstreet guests enjoy access to a spacious state-of-the-art gym. Flex Fitness Studio offers four different types of gym memberships as well as an aquafit membership.

Platinum Membership
Enrolment Fee: $299
Monthly Fee: $55
Includes:
• Full access to gym during opening hours

General Membership
Enrolment Fee: $99

• Full access to gym during opening hours
• Group orientation with fitness assessment |
Couples Membership
Enrolment Fee (per person): $99, $199 or $299 depending on membership type
Monthly Fee: $100 per couple
Includes:
• Full access to gym during opening hours
• Group orientation with fitness assessment |
Enrolment fee is a one time fee per person and is non-refundable. GST not included.
All memberships include:
• Daily locker, shower and towel service
• Access to both indoor and outdoor pools
• Steam room and whirpool in both men's and women's change rooms
Guest Fees
Members are invited to bring guests to Flex Fitness Studio. Guests are required to show personal identification and sign in at the front desk of the gym; a $10 guest fee applies. Please note that each guest is subject to a two-visit limit.
Drop-in Fees
See what Flex Fitness Studio is all about! Drop-in the gym for $15 per visit includes access to swimming pools, whirlpools and steam rooms.

Refer 1 new member - when he/she signs up and pays the gym enrolment fee, receive 1 month free membership
Refer 3 new members - when they sign up and pay the gym enrolment fee, receive 2 months free membership
Refer 5 new members - when they sign up and pay the gym enrolment fee, receive 3 months free membership
* Current member must be active for minimum one month in good standing.
