Welcome Partner will be happy to advise you on the therapies and
services that best meet your needs. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries
that could affect your experience.
We will request a credit card number at time of reservation to guarantee your appointment. You will only be charged following your treatment and may choose a different method at that time.

cancellation policy
We respectfully request that you provide 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment in order to avoid
cancellation fees. Group bookings (5 or more persons) require 48 hours
notice.
arrive early
We recommend that our guests arrive 15 minutes
prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will ensure that adequate
time is given for any preparation that is required. If you arrive late, be
advised that your treatment will end at its scheduled time to ensure that
the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced.
