Reservations
Book your time to unwind in advance! Please call us 613.271.3393 or aunaturelspa@brookstreet.com to book your spa treatment(s). Our Spa Welcome Partner will be happy to advise you on the therapies and services that best meet your needs.
We will request a credit card number at time of reservation to guarantee your appointment. You will only be charged following your treatment and may choose a different method at that time.
Cancellation policy
We respectfully request that 24 hours notice is provided when cancelling your appointment in order to prevent cancellation fees. Group bookings (5 or more persons) require 48 hours notice.
Facility use
Upon arriving at Au Naturel, you’ll be provided with a robe & slippers and invited to change in our comfortable locker facilities. For your comfort, undergarments can be worn during treatments, and/or disposable undergarments for certain treatments. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Kindly note that minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Spa etiquette
We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones while enjoying our spa services.

Au Naturel is pleased to offer a fully-licensed spa that includes a wide selection of wines and spirits. Our spa menu also offers a variety of healthy and delicious selection of items from our four-diamond restaurant, Perspectives.
